Age: 38 years old

Gender: Female

Fitzpatrick: 2

Skin type: Combination

Main Concern: dimpled, lumpy thighs

History: For years, she has had this problem; however, it worsened after she had her second child. She works in an office, and it appears that being overweight is a trait in her family.

She takes oral contraceptive pills and has regular monthly periods.

On weekdays, she wears moderate makeup, but not on the weekends when she is not at work.

Home care routine:

Despite her attempts to lose weight, she was unsuccessful, and it had no effect on her cellulite. She does not use sunscreen, as she mainly works indoors and believes she does not need it. She is, however, diligent in her use of eye cream and night cream every day.

Findings:

There was little to no evidence of stretch marks on her thighs, but cellulite was present.
